About ParkingHero

Private parking has become an industry built on confusion. We exist to even things up: clear guidance, honest advice and practical help for drivers facing unfair charges.

Our mission

Every year, millions of parking charge notices are issued on private land in the UK. Many are perfectly valid. Many are not — issued despite unclear signage, broken machines, keying errors or grace periods that were never honoured.

ParkingHero helps drivers tell the difference. We explain the rules in plain English, show you what evidence matters and, when you want us to, we build and submit the appeal for you.

We're a small, independent team of specialists supported by a community of hundreds of drivers who have been through it themselves.
